Spatial Business Systems has retired our previous support page. Everything should function as it has before except for the following.

  • You should have received an email notification to confirm your new account. If you did not, that is alright! You can try resetting your password here or creating an account here.
  • If you are currently sending support emails to support@spatialbiz.zendesk.com we will not receive the email any longer. Please make sure that you are sending all support emails to support@spatialbiz.com or creating a ticket here.
  • You can no longer reply to tickets via email. When support sends a reply to you will receive an email notification with a link to open the ticket and send your reply on the portal.
