We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our SBS user portal, set to roll out by the end of December 2024.

When is the Upgrade Happening?
The upgrade is scheduled for late November or early December and will be performed during a time that will minimize disruption to SBS customers, business operations, and employees. A detailed schedule with the specific start and end times will be provided in a follow-up communication.

Important Impacts During the Upgrade:

  • Site Downtime The portal will be temporarily unavailable, which means users will not be able to create, extend, or manage licenses, assign/reassign users, or download software. We will update this page with exact dates and times as soon as they become available.

What's New?

  • New Authentication Platform: We're migrating to a new authentication platform, provided by Okta, to offer better authentication options and enhanced security features for our customers.
  • New Support Ticketing System We’ve integrated Freshdesk, a third-party helpdesk platform, into our portal to provide our customers with a better support system.
  • Enhanced Security Features: Increased protection and data security for our customers.

This upgrade is just the beginning! We have an exciting roadmap of further improvements planned for 2025, aimed at enhancing the portal’s functionality and the user experience. We’ll be sharing more details soon!
